Rev. Asiedu said the anniversary would be celebrated on the Foundation, ( Jesus Christ) which is already laid and that any other foundation cannot stand as they are all sinking sand.

Rev. Asiedu explained that the Apostles built on Christ, the Basel Missionaries from Scotland built on the same foundation at Akropong, and their forefathers did likewise. He added that anyone whose work will endure must build on that same solid foundation.

The presbytery chairperson mentioned Spiritual discipline and dedication as the key factors upon which, the missionaries were inspired to build on the Solid Rock.
