Global Farming and Technological Institute Limited, located at Akyem Old Tafo in the Abuakwa North Municipality of the Eastern Region, has organized a free three-day intensive poultry management and smart Agric Technology programme from 24th to 26th February 2026 aimed at strengthening poultry production and promoting youth participation in agriculture. The training programme targeted Agriculture teachers in secondary schools within the enclave and local farmers, attracting about 50 participants. Mr. Aikins Anthony Amaning, a facilitator of the programme who also doubles as the Abuakwa South Best Poultry Farmer, explained that the training provided comprehensive practical knowledge in modern poultry production.
