  ‎Kwadwo Atta Apeakorang,founder and leader of Save The Nation For Future Leaders, has submitted a formal petition to the Speaker of Parliament, urging the House to initiate a national debate and legislate against the rising tide of indecent language and inappropriate programming in Ghana’s media landscape. ‎ ‎In the petition dated May 23, 2025, Mr. Apeakorang raised concerns over the frequent broadcast of vulgar language, sexually explicit content, and culturally offensive material—particularly during peak hours accessible to children and young audiences. ‎ ‎He argued that such content poses a serious threat to public morality, national values, and the psychological well-being of Ghana’s youth.
