Honourable William Kofi Agyemang Afari, affectionately known as Agyengo, marked his birthday on September 27, 2024, in a heartwarming and generous celebration at the New Tafo Government Hospital's children's ward. The former Assembly Member for the Mangoase Electoral Area in the Abuakwa North Municipality of the Eastern Region turned his special day into a community-driven act of kindness, focusing on improving healthcare for children. Hon. Agyemang Afari revealed that in the lead-up to his birthday, he used his social media platforms to raise funds for the renovation of the children's ward, which was in dire need of refurbishment. Through his efforts, a total of GH₵26,000 was raised, nearing his target of GH₵35,000.
