Kwahuhene Donates GH₵200,000 to Support Kantamanto Fire Victims

Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng III, Omanhene of the Kwahu Traditional Area, has donated GH₵200,000 to assist traders whose businesses were devastated by the recent fire at Kantamanto Market on January 2, 2025. The donation, aimed at supporting reconstruction efforts and helping affected traders restore their livelihoods, was presented on his behalf by Kwahu Abetifihene Akyemfuor Asiedu Agyemang III, Kwahu Tafohene Nana Kwasi Opoku Mintah II, and Kwahu Pepeasehene Nana Bonsu Ayirepe II. Speaking on behalf of the Kwahuhene, Akyemfuor Asiedu Agyemang III reiterated the unwavering support of Kwahu Chiefs for the Kantamanto traders and expressed sympathy for their losses.
