STNFL Founder Petitions Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie Over Alleged Judicial Irregularities

  The Founder and President of Save The Nation for Future Leaders (STNFL), Mr. Kwadwo Atta Apeakorang, has formally petitioned the Chief Justice of Ghana, His Lordship Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, to investigate what he describes as serious procedural irregularities and an alleged abuse of judicial process involving proceedings at Adenta Circuit Court 2. The petition, dated July 23, 2026, was officially received at the Office of the Chief Justice on the same day. In the document, Mr. Apeakorang alleges that his matrimonial case, which is currently pending before the Batsoona District Court, is also being heard before Adenta Circuit Court 2, raising concerns over duplication of proceedings and jurisdiction.
