  The Director of All Smile Together Foundation, Madam Akua Judith, has emphasized the urgent need for Ghana to prioritize employability and vocational skills to drive national development. Speaking to the media at the 2025 graduation ceremony of the Foundation’s Do Wo Nyonko branch in Akyem Maase on Saturday, 15th November 2025, Madam Judith reiterated that skills training remains the surest path to empowering individuals, reducing unemployment, and fostering economic transformation. She encouraged the Ghanaian youth to embrace skills acquisition rather than relying solely on white-collar employment, stressing that vocational expertise opens the door to business opportunities and self-sufficiency.
