E/R: Kwahu West Municipal Assembly Cuts Sod for 13 Development Projects Across Five Communities
The Kwahu West Municipal Assembly has officially cut sod for the commencement of 13 major development projects across five communities within the municipality. The projects include educational facilities, boreholes, zonal council offices, and health centres, all aimed at improving access to essential social amenities. Speaking at a brief ceremony, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Tamimu Halidu, said the initiative forms part of government’s broader agenda to promote equitable development and enhance the living standards of residents in the municipality. According to him, one of the flagship projects — the new classroom block at Krakoo Community — will include a Kindergarten block, Basic School block, Junior High School block, staff common room, teachers’ quarters, washrooms, and other ancillary facilities.
