  The youth of Akyem Afosu in the Birem North District of the Eastern Region have called for peace and stability in their community, urging all factions to uphold unity and resist any attempts to incite violence over chieftaincy matters.   At a press conference, Baffour Owusu Aquah, speaking on behalf of the youth, emphasized the need for calm, recalling that Akyem Afosu had previously endured a one-and-a-half-year chieftaincy dispute. The matter was properly adjudicated in court, and the ruling unequivocally affirmed Nana Kofi Owusu Amoh III as the legitimate and rightful Chief of Akyem Afosu.
