The citizens of Amenfi Central Constituency are outraged and demanding that the Electoral Commission (EC) reverse its decision to disqualify Joana Gyan Cudjoe as the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for the constituency. They gathered in front of the EC office in Amenfi Central to protest and make their voices heard. The protesters argue that Joana Gyan Cudjoe is a popular and capable candidate with the support of the majority in the constituency. They believe the EC’s decision to disqualify her is both unfair and undemocratic.
