The Abuakwa South NADMO team, led by Mr. Aikins Ofori, has stepped up efforts to enforce road traffic regulations and ensure public safety ahead of this year's Easter celebrations in Ghana's Eastern Region. Officers were spotted at Bunso Junction on the busy Accra-Kumasi Highway, where traffic is heavy with revelers heading to Kwahu for the festivities. Kwahu has long been a hotspot for Easter celebrations, with events along the route, especially at Bunso Junction, drawing massive crowds on the eve of Easter. In light of this, Mr. Ofori used the opportunity to urge drivers to adhere to traffic regulations, emphasizing the importance of preventing accidents. "Let's make this Easter celebration an accident-free one," he campaigned. Mr. Ofori also advised commuters and pedestrians to remain vigilant as they participate in the celebrations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable holiday for all. Credit: Nana Kwasi Asare
