E/R:Hon Dr Gifty Twum-Ampofo Donates to Victims and Youth in Akyem Ati Community
Hon. Dr. Gifty Twum-Ampofo, former Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North and former Deputy Minister of Education in charge of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), has extended a heartfelt gesture of support to the people of Akyem Ati in the Eastern Region. During a visit to the community on Saturday, May 31, 2025, Dr. Twum-Ampofo presented six footballs to the Queen Mother of Akyem Ati, Nana Amoafoa Bremponmaa II, in support of youth development and sporting activities. The footballs, she explained, would serve as a boost for the upcoming Ohum Festival Gala, an annual community football event that brings together youth from various parts of the town to promote unity and talent development.
