According to eyewitness reports, Ali was caught red-handed carrying a large sack filled with electrical cables allegedly stolen from a newly constructed two-storey building situated near the church premises. The building, which is at its final phase of construction, was said to have been recently wired, making the theft a major setback for the contractors and property owner. The security operations team, acting on suspicion and intelligence from community members, intercepted the suspect as he attempted to flee the scene.
