E/R:Concerned NPP Youth in Abuakwa North Demand Immediate Action to Protect Party Unity

A group calling itself the Concerned Youth of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Abuakwa North Constituency has appealed to the party's leadership to urgently address what it describes as growing concerns over recent decisions affecting constituency executives, warning that failure to act could undermine party unity and affect the party's electoral fortunes. Addressing a press conference, Mr. Wilson Atuahene, speaking on behalf of the group, said the youth were compelled to publicly express their dissatisfaction over developments they believe threaten the integrity and cohesion of the constituency.   Nkawkaw, Eastern Region – The Kwahu West Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Tamimu Halidu, has led residents, traders, assembly members, and personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service and the Ambulance Service in a massive clean-up exercise across the Nkawkaw Central Business District and surrounding areas. The exercise forms part of efforts by the Assembly to improve environmental sanitation and promote responsible waste management in the municipality. Speaking after the exercise, Hon. Halidu commended participants for turning out in their numbers and urged residents to sustain the habit of keeping their surroundings clean.  “Cleanliness is a collective responsibility.
