  Hajia Mariam Dzifa Mohammed has called on the Inspector-General of Police, the Minister for the Interior, the National Security Secretariat, and all relevant state institutions to immediately investigate allegations of threats, intimidation, abuse of authority, and actions reportedly intended to terrorize residents of Quashikrom and surrounding communities in Lower West Akim. According to Hajia Mariam, reports from the area suggest a disturbing pattern of conduct allegedly involving certain sub-chiefs, their associates, and some police officers. This, she said, has created an atmosphere of fear, uncertainty, and insecurity among residents.
