Akyem Abuakwa Zongo Queen Mother Donates To Osino Islamic Basic School

The Akyem Abuakwa Council of Zongo Chief’s Queen Mother, Hajia Maurijanatu Mohammed, has donated school uniforms and stationaries to some needy pupils in Osino Islamic Basic School in Fanteakwa South district of the East Region. The queen mother said that during her recent visit to the school, she observed disheartening challenges, including inadequate learning materials and students wearing tattered school uniforms to class. Hence, the situation informed her donation on Tuesday in providing educational material for pupils who lack access to adequate school material in Osino Islamic Basic School.  The beneficiaries received 6 school uniforms, 300 exercise books, 24 mathematical sets and pack of pens, set of school bowls, table spoons, water bottles, erasers, pencils, and others. NDC Eastern Regional Executives kickstart series of Community Engagements

The Eastern Regional Executive Committee of the NDC on 25/09/2024, commenced its series of Community Engagements, with the campaign train making its first stop in Nkawkaw Constituency.  Led by the Regional Chairman: Dr. Mark-Oliver Kevor, the Executives made stops in six different communities to engage with residents and voters, to canvass for votes for H.E.
