E/R:Daavi Neba Pledges to Mobilise Resources for Abuakwa North NDC Ahead of 2028 Elections

Gershon Katsekpor, popularly known as Daavi Neba, Abuakwa North NDC Treasurer hopeful and current Deputy Treasurer, has pledged to help mobilise the necessary logistics and resources to strengthen the party’s operations and electoral gains ahead of the 2028 general elections.


According to him, his election as Constituency Treasurer will help the NDC work towards changing the narrative that Abuakwa North is an NPP stronghold.


Mr. Katsekpor said he worked tirelessly as Deputy Treasurer during the 2024 general election and believes his experience has equipped him to perform even better as the substantive Constituency Treasurer.


He therefore appealed to delegates to continue rallying behind him and support his bid, while expressing gratitude for their continuous support.


He made the remarks after undergoing the vetting process at the Nsutam Community Centre in the Eastern Region on Sunday, September 27, 2026, as part of preparations for the Abuakwa North NDC Constituency elections.

Dr. Kingsley Agyeman, the parliamentary candidate for Abuakwa South Constituency, has extended a generous hand to support local youth and artisans. In a heartwarming ceremony held at Akyem Maase, Dr. Agyeman, along with key New Patriotic Party (NPP) constituency executives, donated essential equipment and financial support to aspiring apprentices in dressmaking and hairdressing.
