Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta and Senior Minister Yaw Osafo-Maafo have called on Ghanaian youth to actively shape their future by voting massively for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its parliamentary candidates in the upcoming December elections. They emphasized that the decisions made during this election will significantly impact the future of the youth and generations to come.

Speaking at a *Youth Mentorship Program* in the Fanteakwa South constituency of the Eastern Region, both leaders endorsed Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidential candidacy and the parliamentary aspirations of Mr. Duke Ofori-Atta.

Yaw Osafo-Maafo highlighted the NPP’s proven track record in delivering progress and prosperity, urging the youth to consider this election as a pivotal moment for Ghana’s development. He expressed confidence in the party's ability to implement policies that offer hope and opportunities for the younger generation.

"This election is critical. The NPP has consistently demonstrated the capacity to drive Ghana towards progress, and under the right leadership, the party will continue to implement policies that secure a bright future for the youth," he stated.

Ken Ofori-Atta also reiterated his trust in the leadership of Dr. Bawumia and Mr. Duke Ofori-Atta, encouraging the youth to give them the mandate to lead. He assured them of their commitment to delivering results that align with the aspirations of young Ghanaians.

Parliamentary candidate Duke Ofori-Atta added that the youth must play an active role in shaping the nation’s future by voting for the NPP. He stressed Dr. Bawumia’s vision for leveraging technology and innovation to promote digital literacy and create job opportunities for the youth.

"Dr. Bawumia has a clear plan to rebuild and reshape Ghana’s socio-economic landscape. By embracing digital transformation, he aims to unlock job opportunities for the youth, making their votes in the December 7th election crucial for this vision," he remarked.

The leaders concluded by appealing to the youth to seize the opportunity to secure their future by voting decisively for the NPP.
