In his address, Daasebre Adusei Peasah IV recounted the challenges that characterized the enstoolment process, noting that it required perseverance and collective effort. He credited the successful installation of the chief to the intervention and support of the Okyenhene, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin, under whose guidance all customary rites were duly performed.
He further urged the people of Akyem Tontro to rally behind their newly installed chief to ensure unity and promote socio-economic development within the area.
In his acceptance speech, Nana Obrako Sarpong I expressed gratitude to the traditional authorities and the people for the confidence reposed in him. He reaffirmed his commitment to spearheading development initiatives in the community.
Highlighting early achievements since his enstoolment three weeks ago, the chief disclosed that street construction projects are already underway. He also revealed plans for the establishment of an ultramodern ICT centre and a staff common room for Akyem Tontro M/A Junior High School. Additionally, he noted that engagements have begun with mobile telecommunications providers to improve network connectivity in the area.
Nana Obrako Sarpong I further appealed to the government to prioritize the construction of the Tontro–Kplande road, emphasizing its importance in enhancing trade and accelerating development.

He recalled his close relationship with the late chief and expressed hope for a similar partnership with the new occupant of the stool.
