The Akyem Tafo District Police Command has received a much-needed boost with a total donation of GH₵17,000 to repair their faulty patrol pickup. The funds were provided by the Abuakwa North Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Charles Yeboah Darko, and Mr Nelson Odoi, CEO of Nelsban Group of Companies. The police command, led by Superintendent Raymond Mahama Iddrisu, had previously reached out to Hon. Darko, popularly known as Ozey, for financial assistance to get their vehicle back on the road.
