Unknown Gunmen Attack Immigration Officers at Pulimakom Nangani Border — One Dead, One in Critical Condition

Two immigration officers stationed at Nangani Pulimakom in the Upper East Region, near the Ghana–Togo border, have been attacked by unidentified gunmen 2nd November, 2025.


The assailants reportedly opened fire on the officers at their duty post, killing one instantly while the other is in critical condition and receiving treatment.



Sources indicate that the attackers fled the scene with two assault rifles belonging to the officers. Security agencies have since launched an investigation to apprehend the perpetrators.
