E/R:DCE Calls for Strengthened Inter-Departmental Collaboration
“Use Your Rich Experience to Assist Me in Achieving Success” – Hon. Hakeem Antwi Abdul
The newly appointed District Chief Executive (DCE) for Birem North, Hon. Hakeem Antwi Abdul, has officially assumed office and introduced himself to the staff of the District Assembly. During his familiarization engagement with the Assembly’s departments and staff, he emphasized his commitment to building a strong and fruitful working relationship.
Addressing the personnel and heads of departments, Hon. Hakeem called on them to contribute meaningfully toward the overall development of the district. Staff members responded with enthusiasm, expressing optimism about working collaboratively with the new DCE.
He highlighted that the development of the district is a shared responsibility, especially among departmental heads. He urged them to put aside any negative tendencies that could hinder progress and instead focus on hard work, cooperation, and productivity. According to him, strengthening inter-departmental collaboration is key to promoting efficient administration and ensuring the success of the District Assembly.
Hon. Hakeem also assured staff that his doors remain open to suggestions and innovative ideas that can help propel the district forward. He encouraged the staff and technocrats to draw on their rich experience and expertise to support his vision and contribute to the success of his administration.
