E/R:Hon. Samuel Asamoah Unanimously Confirmed as Kwahu East DCE


Hon. Samuel Asamoah has been unanimously confirmed as the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Kwahu East, securing 100% of the votes cast by all 32 Assembly Members—including elected representatives and government appointees—as required by law.

In his acceptance remarks, Hon. Asamoah expressed deep gratitude for the trust placed in him and pledged to work collaboratively with the Assembly Members to accelerate development across the district. He emphasized his commitment to an open-door policy, encouraging inclusive governance and active participation from all residents in shaping the district’s future.

The Eastern Regional Minister, Hon. Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey, who supervised the confirmation process, commended the Assembly for its unity. She highlighted that the government's Reset Agenda begins with strong leadership at the local level and urged the people to place development above partisan interests.
