E/R:Hon. Kate Mawusi Babanawo Pledges Commitment to Development of Kwahu Afram Plains North After Unanimous Endorsement

The newly elected District Chief Executive (DCE) for Kwahu Afram Plains North, Hon. Kate Mawusi Babanawo, has expressed deep gratitude to the Assembly Members and the people of the district following her unanimous confirmation.


In her remarks, Hon. Babanawo thanked her fellow Assembly Members, community leaders, and residents for the overwhelming support and confidence reposed in her. She emphasized that the 100% endorsement is a call to greater responsibility and pledged to remain committed and passionate about advancing the growth and well-being of the district.

She highlighted her dedication to addressing key developmental challenges, particularly those affecting women and children. She noted that tackling teenage pregnancy will be a priority, and promised to work closely with all stakeholders, including the Member of Parliament for Kwahu Afram Plains North, Hon. Lawyer Kpeli Worlase, to ensure unity, progress, and prosperity in the area.

On his part, Hon. Lawyer Kpeli Worlase, Member of Parliament for Kwahu Afram Plains North, congratulated Hon. Babanawo on her appointment and lauded her dedication and hard work. He expressed optimism about their partnership and pledged to work hand in hand with her to improve infrastructure, especially roads, and uplift the standard of living in the district.


He reaffirmed his unwavering passion for the development of Kwahu Afram Plains North and assured the public of his continued support in building a stronger and more prosperous future for all.
