AFRICAN VIEWS AND UniMAC LAUNCH AFRICAN CULTURAL HERITAGE CLUB

 



Accra, Ghana – March 19, 2025

In a significant step towards promoting African identity and addressing issues affecting the continent's development, African Views and the University of Media, Arts, and Communication (UniMAC) officially launched the African Cultural Heritage Club (ACHC) on March 19, 2025.


The launch, held at UniMAC's auditorium, was officiated by Nana Otu Lartey, President of African Views Ghana, alongside other distinguished executives, including Nana Adwoa Awindor, Nana Dr. Okatakyie Anim, and Nana Gyedu Nkansah, who graced the occasion.


Operating under the motto "Building the Africa We Deserve," the ACHC aims to serve as a platform for discussions, debates, and initiatives that promote African cultural heritage, identity, and sustainable development. The club seeks to unite individuals passionate about Africanism and committed to shaping a brighter future for the continent.


Nana Adwoa Awindor expressed her excitement about the launch, describing it as a significant milestone in the partnership between African Views and UniMAC. The swearing-in ceremony for the ACHC executives was led by Dr. Collins Brobbey Adu-Bempah, Head of the Department of Integrated Social Sciences at UniMAC-IJ.
