Healthcare delivery in Asamankese received a significant boost with the commissioning of a state-of-the-art X-ray machine at the Government Hospital. This essential equipment, donated through the collaborative efforts of the Me Boafo Foundation and Latter-Day Saints Charities, is set to improve diagnostic services and strengthen the fight against diseases such as tuberculosis (TB).

Speaking at the commissioning, Dr. Boateng, the Municipal Director of Health, emphasized the machine’s impact on healthcare delivery. “This X-ray machine will greatly enhance our ability to detect and treat TB and other conditions, saving countless lives in our community,” he stated.
