E/R: NPP's Stephen Osei-Wusu Challenges NDC to Debate on Development Projects in Abuakwa North Constituency

The Dean of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Eastern Regional Communicators, who also serves as the Abuakwa North Constituency NPP Communications Director and the Abuakwa North National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) Director, Mr. Stephen Osei-Wusu, has thrown down the gauntlet to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) communicators. He has challenged them to engage in a debate on the developmental projects implemented by both parties in the Abuakwa North Constituency.

In an interview with Nana Kwasi Asare on Nopras 107.5 Fm's Political Show on 16th October, 2024, Mr. Osei-Wusu expressed his surprise at recent remarks made by Mr. Kwadwo Dankwa, the NDC Eastern Regional Communications Officer, who accused the NPP of failing to develop the Abuakwa North Constituency during a discussion on Nopras FM. In response, Mr. Osei-Wusu called for a debate on the same platform, Nopras FM, where representatives from both parties could outline the projects and interventions undertaken in the constituency to determine which party has made a greater impact.

Highlighting the achievements of the NPP in the constituency, Mr. Osei-Wusu emphasized that the Abuakwa North Constituency has seen substantial progress under the NPP's leadership. He pointed to significant improvements in infrastructure and human capacity building, as well as other interventions crucial to the socio-economic development of the area.

He urged eligible voters to cast their ballots for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the NPP parliamentary candidates, citing their commitment to ongoing digital and technological advancements. Mr. Osei-Wusu also criticized the NDC's 24-hour economy policy, promoted by former President John Dramani Mahama, describing it as outdated. He argued that what Ghana needs now is not a reset but bold, innovative solutions for the future.
