  Koforidua, March 14, 2025 – OTADO Investment Limited, a real estate development and social services company, has reaffirmed its lawful acquisition of land in the Abuakwa North Municipality, addressing concerns raised by some local farmers. Speaking at a press conference at the company’s headquarters in Koforidua, OTADO’s Managing Director, Mr. Nathan Oti Anim, clarified the acquisition process, emphasizing that all necessary legal procedures were followed. According to Mr. Anim, OTADO engaged traditional authorities in the area, including Daasebre Boamah Darko, Chief of Kukurantumi and Adontenhene of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area, to secure the 500-acre land.
