Joana Gyan Colts League 2024/2025 season, an initiative aimed at developing young football talents in the Western Region. Scheduled to take place from April 27th to May 4th, 2025, at Wassa Jaubo, the tournament will feature three age categories: Under-10, Under-13, and Under-15. ER MINISTER INSPECTS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN LOWER MANYA KROBO

The Eastern Regional Minister, Mrs. Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey, has inspected several development projects funded under the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Programme in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality. The visit aimed to assess the progress and quality of the projects, ensure they meet required standards, and identify potential challenges for necessary interventions. Mrs. Awatey and her team inspected the construction of a Business Resource Center and over 200 lockable stores at Agormanya. Other projects included the bituminous surfacing of the 1.2-kilometre Canaan and Kpanyas roads, the construction of the Atua-Adjikpo-Yokunya road, the one-kilometre SAS George Street, as well as the construction of box culverts and storm drains at Manaam. OTADO Investment Addresses Land Acquisition Concerns in Abuakwa North

  Koforidua, March 14, 2025 – OTADO Investment Limited, a real estate development and social services company, has reaffirmed its lawful acquisition of land in the Abuakwa North Municipality, addressing concerns raised by some local farmers. Speaking at a press conference at the company’s headquarters in Koforidua, OTADO’s Managing Director, Mr. Nathan Oti Anim, clarified the acquisition process, emphasizing that all necessary legal procedures were followed. According to Mr. Anim, OTADO engaged traditional authorities in the area, including Daasebre Boamah Darko, Chief of Kukurantumi and Adontenhene of the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area, to secure the 500-acre land. After consultations with his overlord, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin, the Chief approved the transaction, ensuring OTADO had the required traditional and legal backing.
