E/R:Unity, Discipline Key to Ghana's Progress - DCE


Kwahu East District Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Asamoah, has called on Ghanaians to unite, uphold discipline, and work together to rebuild the nation as the country marked its Independence Day. Speaking at the independence anniversary celebration at Kwahu Abetifi, Hon. Asamoah emphasized that Ghana's independence would be meaningful if citizens collectively worked towards building a prosperous and responsible nation.

He stressed that this year's theme reflects the government's focus on resetting the nation's economy and restoring confidence. Hon. Asamoah urged citizens to prioritize national interest above politics and work with dedication to build prosperity and hope for future generations.

The DCE also advised youth to be respectful and obedient, while urging parents to ensure proper supervision of their children. He encouraged teachers to educate children about discipline, safety, and well-being, emphasizing their role in shaping the nation's future. Hon. Asamoah's message was clear: Ghana's progress depends on the collective efforts of its citizens.

The celebration was marked by a sense of patriotism and optimism, with attendees pledging their commitment to contributing to the nation's development.
