E/R:Kwahu Tafo Chief Commends Nananom for Peaceful Easter Celebrations

 



Following the 2025 Kwahu Easter festivities, the Chief of Kwahu Tafo, Nana Opoku Mintah II, who also serves as the Kwahu Twafoɔhene, has praised the chiefs and people of Kwahu for their role in ensuring a peaceful and successful celebration.


Nana Opoku Mintah II expressed deep appreciation to Nananom for maintaining peace and stability across the Kwahu area during the Easter period. He emphasized that the calm and united atmosphere witnessed is a testament to the leadership and commitment of the traditional authorities to uphold peace in the Kwahu Traditional Area.


He further condemned unfounded claims made before the festivities, alleging instability in Kwahu. Nana Opoku Mintah II clarified that such assertions were not only false but often made by individuals who do not even reside in the area. He urged the public to disregard such misinformation, stressing that Kwahu remains peaceful, secure, and united contrary to the false narratives circulated ahead of the Easter celebration.
