The Chief of Kwahu Tafo, Nana Kwasi Opoku Mintah II, has encouraged future generations to take pride in their rich cultural heritage, highlighting the significance of the "Nanteɛ Festival". This festival showcases the history and traditional culture of the people of Kwahu Tafo, promoting unity and healthy living.
Nana Opoku Mintah II explained that the festival aims to display cultural dance and traditional drumming, reflecting the identity of the people. He emphasized that walking, a simple and accessible form of exercise, can improve overall health and foster social connections.
"The Nanteɛ Festival explores vibrant traditions and festive energy, promoting fitness, unity, and stress reduction," he said. The Chief urged attendees to engage with the cultural display, cultivating relationships and supporting well-being.
The event featured cultural dance and traditional drumming, showcasing Kwahu Tafo's rich heritage. Nana Opoku Mintah II reiterated the importance of embracing and preserving the community's cultural identity.
