From Village Boy to Global Scholar: A Legacy of Giving Back

  Born in Kyiremfaso, a small farming community in the Asante-Mampong Municipality, what once seemed like an uncertain childhood has blossomed into an inspiring journey of resilience, education, and purpose. Today, Dr. Daniel Agyemfour-Agyemang Sarpong, lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management Studies, Koforidua Technical University, stands as a beacon of possibility. Rising from humble beginnings, he has earned four master’s degrees and a PhD, and has now returned to his roots with a mission—to uplift the very community that nurtured his early steps. Through the invaluable partnership of Care for Society Network International (CfSNI), Dr. Sarpong spearheaded the renovation of Kyiremfaso M/A Junior High School and launched the Yen Anidaso Reading Club and Library Project.
